HEALTHY SNACK:

With school back in session you may feel it’s hard to focus on your work. Try this morning Popsicle to boost your concentration. Yes, I said Popsicle!  

 Ingredients 

  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (flavored yogurt is optional)
  • You may add other fruits as well 
  1. Instructions 
  2. In a food processor combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. 
  3. Place the mixture into popsicle molds of your choice. 
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours before removing them from the mold.
