HEALTHY SNACK:

With school back in session you may feel it’s hard to focus on your work. Try this easy snack to boost your concentration!

Water gives the brain the electrical energy for all brain functions, including thought and memory processes, and it has been proven to help you think faster, be more focused, and experience greater clarity and creativity. Try adding oranges, strawberries and/or lemons for flavoring and extra energy.

CAREER OF THE DAY:

It’s the second week of school and you’ve met your Math Teacher, Science Teacher and maybe a few others. Have you ever considered other Teaching positions that aren’t as familiar? Check out today’s Career to learn more!

The main role of the Race Car Coach is to set the instructional guidelines and implement safety rules for all daily driving operations (track, karting, autocross and skid pad).

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:

For our Friday challenge Ms. Eliana at the Dr. Ledyard E. Ross Unit is doing volcanoes in the 360 Room! You can make one at home by just combining dish soap, baking soda, and some washable paint for color in a clear cup. Then, pour vinegar in the cup and watch it erupt! Be sure to have a container underneath the cup to catch the “lava.”
