PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT:

After enhancing our ability to successfully get around, the next skill we are going to focus on is acrobatic. Dancers, gymnasts, and many more utilize acrobatic skills in their performances. These skills focus on agility and dexterity in how you move. This means working on balance, coordination, speed, and more.

Try out some of the skills listed above and see how good your acrobatic skills are. If they’re pretty good, this program could help you hone those skills and give you the opportunity to compete against others to see whose skills are the best! If your acrobatic skills need work, this program will allow you to practice these skills in a safe, positive environment!

To see acrobatic skills in practice, check out this YouTube channel of Kyle Hanagami’s choreography class!
