Jump Rope Challenges

Items needed: 

1. 2 jump ropes (for jump challenge)
2. jump rope per person for jumping challenge
3. 1 stopwatch

Jump Challenge Directions:

1. Place 2 jump ropes 1 feet apart on the ground parallel to each other.
2. Simply jump over both ropes and if you make it move the ropes an extra foot apart each time.
3. If you land between the ropes you are out.

How far can you jump? 

Jumping Challenge Directions: 

1. Grab a friend and each of you grab a jump rope.
2. Set your stopwatch for 60 seconds and see who can get the most jumps within that time.
