Jodie Fetter began her career at Boys & Girls Clubs as an intern in 2009. As a recent graduate of Appalachian State University in Criminal Justice, she was enamored with the Club’s mission and impact on her local community of Carteret County. Throughout the last nine years, she has served the organization in multiple capacities, such as a Unit Director, Director of Program Services, and Director of Operations. In 2013, she obtained her Masters of Human Services in Child Protection from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Currently, she is in the position as a Director of Outcome Measurement. In this role, she assists 17 Clubs with data collection, analysis, and interpretation. This role has allowed her to work behind the scenes to ensure programmatic operations and the Club environment impact our youth every day!

She lives in Carteret County with her husband Gary and young daughter Calliope.  She enjoys spending lots of quality time with her family, taking her daughter on new adventures, gardening, and visiting her family’s farm.
