Maria Montemurro leads Human Resources for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain.  She serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team to align HR goals to the organization’s mission. Key responsibilities include workforce planning; talent acquisition; implementation of recruiting/onboarding practices; overseeing adherence to company policies and procedures; enduring fair and equitable administration of wage and benefits plan; and managing change by supporting employee engagement and company culture initiatives.

Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain, Maria’s previous experience included executive HR leadership roles in the telecommunications, engineering, and renewable energy industries.
