Stephanie Reynolds is the Director of Training and Outcome Measurement for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain. She first came to the organization in January 2013 as an Area Director and took on her current role in August 2013. Stephanie is responsible for data collection and measurement as it pertains to Club programs, member outcomes, and grants. She also coordinates training and professional development opportunities for the organization. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Elizabeth City State University.
